We are looking for a Demi Chef De Partie for this new opening in the city of London specialising in good quality, high volume establishments.

There is a very spacious kitchen and the head chef wants to share his knowledge and past experiences of working in some of London's best kitchens.

You will/have:

• Work within a brigade of 35 chefs
• Work in the City of London
• The highest quality of food

• Work 8 shifts
• Cater for up to 500 covers daily

What we need from you:

* A positive attitude for problem solving
* Previous Hospitality and Catering industry experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
* An enthusiastic approach to work and a cool head under pressure
