About Us  

Quinn Infrastructure is a principal contractor providing design, construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance services within the transport sector.  

We are now looking for a Senior MEF Quantity Surveyor to join us in London and play a key role in delivering our transport network projects.

Your Role  

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join our operations and work on a range of projects across rail, the underground, DLR and Network Rail.  

Specifically, you will manage and maintain commercial information on each project and report commercially to the Commercial Director. This will include contract administration, cost and value reconciliations, cash flow projections, variations, applications for payment, sub-contractor applications, and billing and invoice schedules.  

This role will require an element of flexible working in order to meet project deadlines and some travel to meet with clients, project stakeholders or off-site personnel.  

About You  

To be considered as our next Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have:   

- A surveying degree or a proven track record of experience 
- MRICS or equivalent qualifications, or be working towards this  
- Knowledge of managing commercial projects and subcontractors  
- A working knowledge of the NEC form of contracts  
- IT literacy to a high level, including the ability to learn and use in-house applications  

In-depth construction knowledge gained in a MEF environment would be beneficial to your application.
