Committed to providing an excellent service to their clients, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property and Agricultural Paralegal to join their Commercial Property and Agricultural department.
Duties
You will support the team undertaking a mixed workload of commercial property and agri-business work including
* Landowners and developers on sales and acquisitions of development sites throughout East Anglia
* Farmers and Landowners on the sale, acquisition and refinancing of land and farms
* Landlords and tenants on diverse agricultural tenancy matters including surrenders and regrants ,split reversions
* Farmers and landowners on Tax planning and succession matters in conjunction with Wills & Estates Team
* Small and medium sized developments on all aspects of residential and commercial developments
* Option and promotion agreements
* Site acquisition, assembly and sales
* Permitted development of rural buildings
* Landlords and Tenants on the grant and renewal of leases, surrender of leases
The Candidate
* Applications are invited from Paralegals or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 year experience
* You will posses excellent negotiation and communication skills
* A strong academic record
* Able to demonstrate a pro- active approach to your work and successful business development
* Excellent career prospects for the right person
