Salary: Up to GBP30,000 (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits

As Business Development Consultant you will contribute towards achieving sales growth and targets for the business through sourcing, growing and retaining business from IFA clients through effective engagement and Adviser relationships. Adviser panel and geography will be agreed with the BDC Team Manager to ensure the Strategic objectives of Parmenion are maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the Development of your partner and prospect relationships to achieve business target
• Support and grow the buesiness brand and reputation in the UK
• Support and assist with the effective execution of the company sales plan
• Proactively contact and maintain/grow relationship with the regional Advisers and support staff
• Work collaboratively with Client Services and the wider business to deliver on agreed company and regional objectives ensuring client satisfaction, aiming to exceed expectations

Skills and Experience required

• Proven Client Services professional within financial services- desirable
• Previous experience within new business/upselling existing relationships
• Strong negotiation, planning and organising skills
• Able to work unsupervised and use own initiative, working and behaving accurately and consistently under pressure
• Knowledge of the range of Investment management solutions and platform capabilities, together with an awareness of the increasing use of technology in retail Financial Services
