The Opportunity
As Business Development Consultant within our Contract Delivery team, you'll enjoy accountability for identifying and developing warm contact leads within the Business Change, Technology and Professional Services fields. This will result in qualified appointments or new opportunities for our dedicated permanent and contract delivery teams.
Initial focus in the role with be to target relevant SME's to large Fintech companies via vigorous phone activity. It will then incorporate additional responsibility for accompanying our subject matter expert technical recruiters on new client meetings.
You'll concentrate on expanding our client base in the South of England and be supported by our offices in London, Southampton, Reading, Bristol and Cardiff in selling our diverse recruitment solutions.
Who You Are
This is a sales role in the purest form; your ability to identify the right individual and engage with anyone over the phone is second to none. There's no such thing as a wasted call to you, you always come away with some market insight or lead in another direction and you possess the resilience and tenacity to persevere.
You bring significant revenue generation success in outbound or multi-channel sales and you thrive in a fast moving, targeted environment.
Past recruitment experience is not necessary to be considered for this role as coaching will be provided; you could be working within financial services, Insurance, FMCG or Real Estate and seeking a new challenge with higher earning potential.
Previous experience of selling to SME's, Financial Services, Insurance or IT businesses would be an advantage.
