Do you consider yourself to be a good judge of character who enjoys speaking to people daily?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Resourcer in a small, boutique Recruitment Consultancy in central Maidenhead. Working primarily within the IT and Marketing sectors, the ideal candidate will be organised, self-motivated and naturally inquisitive with strong communication skills and some experience of the recruitment process.
With no cold calling involved, this is a recruitment resourcing role that will mainly focus on identifying and qualifying suitable candidates as well as interviewing, so a confident and professional phone manner is essential as is a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. This role would be perfectly suited to someone with an in-house recruitment or recruitment administration background with opportunities to develop and progress into a more client facing or headhunting role.
The ideal candidate will have held a previous role within recruitment and have experience in qualifying candidates, formatting CVs, interviewing and the have ability to use Boolean searches on job boards. You must also have good experience with MS Office (Word and Excel), and be happy to undertake administrative duties in addition to the resourcing role. Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
Previous experience of recruitment or within a telephone based role is essential and knowledge of the IT and Marketing Service sectors would be highly advantageous
