I am looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy company based in Redditch Town Centre on a temporary basis. The company are experiencing rapid growth so this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in the area. They are situated in a town centre location and have modern, professional offices.
This is a full time temporary role working 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The starting salary is GBP10 per hour but there could be permanent opportunities within the business for the right candidate. I am looking for candidates who are not currently working and who can start straight away as the company require immediate support.
Duties will include:
*Looking after the recruitment process from start to finish
*Coordinating the recruitment for the whole business
*Managing in house recruitment tracker
*Liaising with hiring managers and senior managers, updating on vacancy progress
*Uploading vacancies to career pages
*Screening CVs and forwarding suitable candidates to Hiring Managers
*Organising interviews where necessary
*Sending out onboarding information to successful candidates
This role will be looking after the entire recruitment process so I am ideally looking for someone with some recruitment experience, any experience with recruitment processes within a HR function would also be ok.
