Internal Sales Representative – North West

Acenta Steel Distribution, the UK’s premier engineering steel stockholder (formerly Macreadys), are currently seeking an Internal Sales Representative to work in its busy Bolton sales office.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process, and also strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience in an internal sales role is preferred.

Prime responsibilities will be:

• Maximising sales to both existing and prospective customers.

• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Coordinating sales efforts with the team.

• Answering client questions about, products, prices and availability.

• Understanding of the sales process.

• A commitment to excellent customer service.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary is negotiable.
