Our client in Banbury are looking for pickers to join their warehouse team. Picking food orders to be loaded onto HGV vehicles for delivery from voice scanners.

You will need to attend an induction on Monday 19th November, this is around 6 hours long and is part training. The day is paid as long as you complete your first week in work. You will then spend the next day or two dependent on how you pick up the job doing on the job training before then picking on your own.

You will need to supply your own safety shoes, however if you opt to work in the freezer, freezer suits are provided to you and you are given a small break every hour or so.

In the dry you will be paid GBP7.83 for the first 12 weeks before rising to GBP10.08ph, in the freezer you will be paid GBP8.15ph before rising to GBP10.81ph

Working 5 of 7 days, with every Saturday off. You will be given 1 day in the week as rest also, this is usually Thursday but can be subject to change. You will need to be available to work on Sundays and any 4 of the 5 days Monday - Friday.

Start times are 07:00 in the dry and 07:30 in the freezer working an 8 hour day, with optional overtime. If the team is ahead of the work, an early finish is also available.
