Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Security Engineer required for our client; Specialist security design and solutions company based in the Midlands. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Service Engineer to join their team and be responsible for service and maintenance of fire and security systems such as Access Control, CCTV, Fire Detection Systems, Intruder Systems. The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will be required to attend commercial sites across the South West including Taunton, Gloucester and Wiltshire so the ideal location for the successful Engineer to be based would be within these areas.
The successful Service Engineer must have excellent knowledge of both fire and security products with a background in service and maintenance. If only knowledge of one discipline is had rather than both this will still be accepted.
Security Engineer - South Position Overview
Service and Maintain fire and security systems at commercial sites across Taunton, Gloucester, Wiltshire and surrounding areas. There may be the occasional small works installation to perform but the role is predominantly a service and maintenance role to suit an experienced engineer looking to join a reputable and growing company with the opportunity to develop and train.
The Successful Multi Disciplined Engineer will have a proven background in a similar role and must be able to work with little to no supervision.
Security Engineer - South Position Requirements
* Experience Servicing/Maintaining fire + security systems
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Must possess excellent customer service skills
* Must be flexible and willing to join an on call rota
* Must live in or around the South West
Security Engineer - South Position Remuneration
* Salary GBP26k - GBP30k DOE
* Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
* Overtime Available + Paid
* Company Van
* Call out 1 in 4 days paid
