Are you an experienced Property Surveyor seeking a step up into a senior role?
My client has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to join their growing Bristol based team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will work on behalf of fund managers, private equity groups and foreign investors, helping to ensure their assets work harder, delivering higher returns and better performance.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and take ownership over allocated properties
* Carry out inspections, taking a note of any building defects, tenant alterations, occupiers and what is happening in the local area.
* Provide reports to clients
* Ensure service charge budgets are reconciliations are delivering in line with expectations
* Work collaboratively with Facilities Managers, Building Managers, Client Accountants, Purchase Ledger and Treasury Teams
Requirements:
* Experience managing commercial property in a similar client facing role
* An understanding of the rationale behind asset management opportunities and demonstrate readiness to engage in negotiations
* An eagerness to find avenues for new clients and work and become involved in the process
* MRICS is desirable
