Customer Service - Case Progressor
Part-time 15/16 hours
To proactively progress transactions through inbound and outbound telephone calls, ensuring effective communication between CCS, customers and Estate Agents.
You will deal with a high volume of inbound calls from a variety of internal and external sources, maintaining a high level of professionalism and progressing the cases through the workflow management system as directed by your Team Manager or Senior Case Progressor.
Within the role you will be required to gain a basic understanding of the conveyancing process for sales and purchases.
To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to communicate and present information effectively and persuasively, with the ability to be clear and confident.
Building customer satisfaction is key within this role; you must act on customer feedback received and manage customer expectations by providing all relevant information.
