The Team
You willbe joining our new Data Management function. The DMF is responsible for supporting the management of data assets for UK&I business.
The Position
As Data Process Analyst, you will support the Data Process Lead in the delivery of the Data Inventory for General Data Protection Regulation and ongoing maintenance of this.
You will:
•Will be responsible for the upload of the Data Process Inventory to OneTrust and test that the upload was successful
•Manage the OneTrust access including creation of user profiles and performing periodic access reviews
•Support the Data Process Lead in management of the roles and responsibilities of the data owners and data stewards
•Support the Data Process Lead and Operations & Compliance Manager in weekly running of the Data Working Group
•Log all the issues highlighted as part of the DWG and work with Operations & Compliance Manager to associate appropriate remediation actions against each
Your Skills & Experience
•Solid working knowledge around GDPR
•Good requirements gathering and documentation skills
•Excellent inter-personal & stakeholder management skills
•Self-starting and proactive approach to service development
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel
•Experience with Data Governance tools preferred, we use One Trust
•Experience with forensics tools such as Varonis, Ground Labs is advantageous
