We are looking for a data driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can transform our online presence and expand our digital target market. As we expand into new geographies and new marketing avenues this is a great chance for the right individual to build out their department. You will be working closely with our 'C' level executives and Head of Business Intelligence.

What you'll be doing

* Ownership of all UK and International direct response digital activities and budgets - including PPC and Paid Social, SEO, Display and Aggregators

* Manage all 3rd party marketing agencies. Responsible for all existing and potential relationships

* Build a culture of experimentation within our marketing efforts, always on the lookout for something new to move the needle

* Build our Brand online. Creating visibility throughout the UK SME marketplace

* Optimising customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) of customers

* Build and design the direct response marketing approach in new geographies

* Build and design the marketing approach in new geographies

* Responsible for all website content

* Monitoring conversion rates and optimising the 'sales funnel' in our customer journey

What we are looking for

* At least 3 years experience in running Direct Response Marketing Channels (ie PPC and Paid Social)

* Experience in SEO/Aggregator/Affiliates desirable but not essential

* Strong analytical skills and using this approach to problem solving

* Technical skill with SQL, Power BI is desirable but not essential

* Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or Marketing Attribution Platforms
