We are currently seeking a Maintenance Person to join our client based in Burnham-on-Sea.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in maintaining and keeping the site up to standard. Duties will include conducting routine maintenance and monitoring checks, undertaking minor refurbishment and redecoration, supporting the gardener from time to time with various gardening duties and carrying out basic repairs, as and when required.
What do you need?
You will need previous experience in maintenance or a similar role, with knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation and fire standards. You will also have a knowledge/awareness of COSHH. A clean driving licence is desirable.
Where will you be working?
You will be working in a beautiful 33 bed Residential Care Home, rated by the CQC as Outstanding and located in Burnham-on-Sea, within a minute walk from the sea front.
