Our International client is looking for an experienced Speech and Language Annotator/Linguist to join their dynamic team for a period of 3 months.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Previous Transcription and Annotation experience.
* Proficient English- spoken and written
* Experience working with English language
* Understanding of Excel
* Familiar with speech processing
* Data annotation experience
* Data insights/analysis
ROLE
You will be required to
* Data annotate, listening to customers interactions and categorising the customer requests into objectives
* Analyse the cause for customer behaviour
* Be able to judge the quality of offer presented
* Using the annotation data be able to provide an overview of the data analysed and identify patterns
* Using the annotations, improve customer interactions, coverage and accuracy of product questions.
PAY
GBP20 PER HOUR
