About the role

Working in conjunction with other members of our busy Housing Options team, you will be responsible for organising private rented lets, managing tenancies, repairs, rent accounts and dealing with issues as and when they arise. This will need to be handled professionally, whilst also demonstrating initiative and common sense. A sales background or experience working within a letting agency setting would be a distinct advantage as this role will replicate much of this role.

About you

Promoting high standards and good practices, you will need a good understanding of the housing sector and the respective role of Landlord and Tenants. You will be able to work successfully alone without constant supervision but also as part of a busy team. Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills are essential, as well as a strong administrative background. Car driver is essential. We would like to hear from you if you have fresh ideas, enthusiasm, initiative and an innovative approach that you can bring to the prevention of homelessness within Wiltshire. This role is something that the right candidate can really get their teeth into and its success will be down to having the right attitude.
