Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Commercial Property Conveyancer to work with a Top 100 law Firm in Northampton to work as part of their private client conveyancing team.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced and varied work environment. With an entire floor of conveyancers totalling over 60 personnel devoted to servicing clients nationwide, this role provides complete autonomy when it comes to running our own conveyancing caseload.

Principle Responsibilities for the Commercial Property Conveyancer:-

• Working on an account management basis, this company offer a No-Move-No-Fee service
• You will be dealing with all cases from initial instruction through to post-completion (dealing with all aspects in-between these points)
• Look after all transactions to include leasehold flats and plot acquisitions (including more complex transactions such as purchase of freeholds and drafting of easements)
• Relationship management is key to this position and the ability to multi-task is a must when handing a busy desk of caseloads
• Providing regular updates to all clients, managing expectations and keeping them updated with progress reports on their purchases

Person Specification:-

• Must have previous experience working as a Commercial Property Conveyancer
• Need to have experience of checking legal titles to all freehold and leasehold transactions
• Have a proven track record for winning and service new introducers and clients
• Must have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations head on
• A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office to include Microsoft Excel
• Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment
• Good communication and inter personnel skills
• Team player

This is a full time permanent Commercial Property Conveyancer position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays which is based on a rota where a day off in lieu is given. The company offer an incredible package of between GBP30,000 - GBP50,000 PA.
