This charity is committed to all the above because their beliefs has remained the same for over 35 years.Do you have a passion for our environment and people's general health and wellbeing?The Role: As the Fundraising Analyst Manager, you will support the Head of Fundraising to support in the development of key income streams.You will be responsible for researching and identifying opportunities through data analysis, trends analysis and be directly responsible for the management of the Fundraising Administration Team. Your role will extend to budget management, forecasting and writing strategic growth proposals.About you: We are looking for a fundraising professional with a good understanding of fundraising streams and the ability to identify and monitor fundraising activities through fundraising software/databases.Responsibilities: Analyse the way in which donors have donated through trends analysis through the Donoflex database to recommend opportunities to grow fundraising income.Conduct monthly reviews with the Head of Fundraising to ensure effective delivery against critical KPI's and milestones.Line management of Fundraising Administration team through training, personal development and appraisals.Management of the digital Face to face recruitment software to ensure that the requirement of fundraisers and supporter recruitment are met and updated on a regular basis.Management of the Donoflex database to identify fundraising opportunities, ensure data is up to date and accurate.Be up to date with the industry and have a good understanding of supporter development and opportunities.
