Advanced Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join our client's busy and growing team in Dundee. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar, fast paced environment with the desire to continue to learn and develop their career.

Principal Objectives:

* Maintain required stocking levels

* Managing vanstocks

Key Responsibilities:

* Placing orders with suppliers

* Chasing overdue orders

* Handling Part Returns - Sales and Purchases

* Processing Spare Part Sales

* Invoicing Spare Part Sales (including handling invoice queries)

* Maintaining accurate database

* Liaising with courier

* Manage Stock Take procedure (internal and vanstocks)

* Fielding vanstock queries from engineers

* Investigating stock errors

* Working with stores and engineers to ensure accurate processing of parts

* Assist with stock level setting

* Assess current logistics procedures and recommend improvements

* Management of general Fleet Operations

* Management of Subcontractors from Order to Invoice

* Holiday cover for others in the department

* Manual Handling (including heavy equipment etc.)

Skills & Abilities Required:

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Good communication skills both with fellow employees and suppliers

* Computer literate
