Our client Upfield, a global food company with 6 business units operating in 95 markets are looking to recruit an experienced accounts receivable clerk to join the team at their brand new offices in Wimbledon

Your Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will ensure that both supply and demand are coordinated efficiently and accurately, playing a key role within the overall coordination of order output on time and in full. The space for personal career development and increased responsibilities with this role are huge, as the level of ownership from an early stage, the challenging environment, along with a supporting leadership team, all contributes to fantastic learning opportunities. This is a temporary role (9 months) but with the possibility of a permanent position within the company as we look to grow.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Translate potential supply risks and ensure clear communication of these within the business
* Obsolete management (avoidance); identify obsolete risks, initiate and follow through required actions to avoid obsoletes
* Project management for NPDs (new product development) and portfolio re-launches
* Review, challenge and build volume 18 month forward forecast as part of Sales & Operations Planning process
* Regular contact with Customer Account Managers to ensure accuracy of forecast and our ability to supply
* Undertake monthly Demand and Supply Balancing reviews to ensure appropriate decisions are taken to manage forecast volatility, supply reliability and service risks.

Skills and Experience Required:
* A fast learner - experience in a similar role in Supply Chain preferable but not required
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong Interpersonal skills, including presenting and communicating with senior stakeholders
* Working knowledge of SAP

* GBP30k-GBP40k pro rata
* 6 temporary assignment
