Finance Administrator

South Leicestershire (our ref AL878)

Salary to cGBP23,000 + excellent benefits package

My client is an award-winning Wealth Management Organisation and they have a new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their Finance Team.

The role:

Reconciling Income

Using current database to match cash against fee expectations

Maintaining accurate income records

Liaising with operation staff to ensure accuracy in figures

Checking under and over report to ensure correct matching of income

Checking adviser figures against expectations

Ensuring policy information matches expectation

Maintaining an accurate recurring income record for all clients

Chasing Outstanding Income

Running an Aged Debtors report and chasing outstanding income with providers and clients

Liaising with administration staff to ensure accuracy of input

Liaising with advisers on client debts

Maintaining a working relationship with providers in income departments

Maintaining an accurate database of agencies with providers

MI Reporting

Ensuring all opportunities raised by advisers match to the fee status

Maintaining introducer records and producing accurate pay away statements

Tracking payments from 3rd parties and reconciling against the correct adviser

Supporting finance team in other duties

The Person:

Minimum of one year in a Financial Services Administration/reconciliation role

Excellent understanding of the financial planning process

Excellent numeracy and communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent team player

Proficient in IT skills, including high level of word processing and spread-sheet knowledge

Good planning and effective organisational skills

Honesty and integrity
