Customer Service Administrator 

We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator with experience however full training will be given to join our busy circulation/ subscription/administrative department. 

The role includes:

  • Data input on our bespoke in-house computer system
  • Familiar and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to use the telephone as a business tool in fielding incoming calls relating to our broad product range
  • Confident and empathetic telephone manner
  • Credit card processing, database building, credit chasing
  • General administration tasks
  • Assist in the multiple mailings and packing initiatives
