Customer Experience Team Leader

Whether it's a night out with friends for a special birthday or a family's first pantomime, every visit is important. We work hard to make sure each customer leaves with those unique memories you can only get from a live show???and that they want to return again and again!
As one our Customer Experience Team Leaders you'll make this happen. The charismatic and welcoming face of the company, you'll offer the highest standards of customer service and care. You must be focussed and driven to achieve and surpass the financial targets set for you and the team. You will work closely with management to set incentives, and create exciting training initiatives to help boost our team in skills and morale.
You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the operation, where you will set and maintain the highest possible standards. You will also help us to attract, retain and develop talent through training, mentoring and coaching the team of Customer Experience Assistants.
This is a varied role which involves working across the whole of the Customer Experience operation. This includes Cashiering, Door, Bistro and Event Supervising as well as assisting Customer Experience Management in leading the team across all other Front of House areas. Evening and weekend work is essential to this role.
