We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Systems & Data Analyst to join our supportive and friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Bristol office.

What you will do:

You will support the day-to-day operation of the HR Systems and work with the HR team to develop and implement system enhancements and changes. As part of this you will be involved in continually improving our HR operations processes and in projects as we expand our systems and analytics capabilities .

You will ensure that data integrity and accuracy in our HR system, SelectHR, and other assoicated systems are maintained to a high standard. This will enable you to produce accurate and meaningful management information, using creative and innovative ways of displaying and interperting our data, to influence business planning and decision making.

You'll be the first point of contact for all users of our HR systems, so you'll be driven by a strong client-service ethos, and you'll escalate enquiries where necessary either internally or to our system providers. You will play an active role in the development, optimisation, documentation and testing ofimprovements, upgrades and system implementation. This will require providing training and supporting HR system users.

What we're looking for:

You will have experience of HR Analytics or HR Systems, or a combination of these.

Exceptional levels of attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accuracy in your work.

Also required:

Experience of data cleansing, tracking and reporting.
Advanced level of MS Excel competency with experience of creating VLookUps, using formula and pivot tables.
Able to interpret and analyse data and translate it into 'stories' that anyone can understand and present it in an engaging and simple way.
Client focused and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Able to manage multiple demands, work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
Experience of using SelectHR (provided by Access) would be ideal though not essential.
Experience of crystal (SQL) report wrting would be beneficial though not essential.
