Sales and Commercial Property Manager

***Interim Sales and Commercial Property Manager opportunity available with an established Greater Manchester-based housing association***

Our client seeks a talented and capable manager with experience of shared ownership sales / management and market rent management to join them on an initial 2-3 month contract basis.

You'll be tasked with providing strong leadership and direction to the overall team to ensure that both individual and collective team performance meets with wider business objectives.

Our client is happy to consider applicants from both a private sector or social housing background but the successful candidate must have knowledge of shared ownership management and the requirements of this under Homes England.

Any experience of right to buy, leasehold and insurance would be advantageous but is not essential.
