Our client, an ambitious Housing Association now has a great opportunity for a Housing & Support Manager to manage a small team of Retirement Living Senior and Scheme Support Co-ordinators, Cleaners, Caretakers and Handypersons. This role will responsible for Extra Care Schemes in Luton and St Albans.

This opportunity will give you involvement in building and maintaining positive working relationships both internally and externally, ensuring that an excellent service is delivered to those who live in their scheme.

Whilst managing your team, you will also proactively manage rent accounts and void loss and be aware of the Housing Support Needs of residents; developing and regularly reviewing Support Plans and reporting on your findings.

You will be a success in this role if you:

·        Have a working knowledge of housing-related legislation and core housing management services
·        Have experience in Tenancy Management, specifically with Intensive Housing and the needs of older people
·        Be a natural leader
·        Skilfully create solutions to existing and foreseeable issues
·        Develop purposeful relationships with customers and colleagues alike
·        Thrive working in a busy team of like-minded individuals
