Working in our busy Firstcall team, the successful candidate will be required to visit our clients to demonstrate and install the Firstcall equipment and ensure that the customer understands how it operates. The role will also involve liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies according to the clients support needs, ensuring any changes are communicated to the control centre team, therefore, previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills with good IT skills. A full driving licence and the use of your own vehicle is essential.
