Salary: £16,640 - £17,242 (Pro rata of £15,992 – £16,571) + excellent benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time, 38.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

South Devon College are looking to recruit a hard working individual to join their busy caretaking team.  As a caretaker/handyperson you will be working with others to carry out caretaking, security, maintenance, car parking and grounds services.  In-house training will be given for all tasks identified in the job description.

The successful candidate will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have relevant work experience in a similar role, or have the ability to carry out the described tasks.  We are looking for someone who is flexible, organised, able to work without supervision, customer focused and self-motivated.
