The role:
Joining as a Graduate Sales Coordinator, you will be tasked with proactively managing customer accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction remains industry leading.
As this is an entry level graduate position, the scope for progression is vast. Initially, your duties will include the following:
- Liaise internally between operations and sales functions to ensure customer needs are communicated and updates are fed back
- Acknowledge customer complaints and follow process through to ensure suitable outcome for both the customer and our business
- Provide office support and assistance for external sales team
- Regularly speak over the phone to potential and existing customers
- Analyse customer purchasing trends to ensure best advantage in securing further business
