Bridge McFarland Solicitors are recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our Clinical Negligence department.

The Administrative Assistant duties include, but are not limited to: opening procedures on client setup, typing legal documents, assisting clients in person and on the telephone, arranging meetings and appointments, processing invoices, preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings/court hearings, maintaining and update an effective filing system and general office admin duties to ensure the smooth effective running of the office.   For further details, please see the attached job description.

The ideal candidate should have excellent administrative and client handling skills, combined with the ability to work to tight deadlines and in a team. 

This position is available at our Wellowgate Grimsby office.
