We now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to join our team in Stafford. Ensuring the Group meets its statutory / regulatory financial responsibilities, you will be responsible for monitoring cash flow to guarantee full compliance with the Group Treasury Policy, as well as overseeing the Sales/Purchase Ledger team and ensuring the team adhere to a robust set of financial controls.

Covering Financial Reporting, Financial Management, Statutory Requirements, Management Information and System /Process reviews, you will provide accurate financial information, highlighting opportunities and contributing to the decision making process.

As a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA), you will have a good understanding of UK GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards reporting and consolidation accounting. With knowledge of Taxation including VAT, CIS & Corporation Tax, reconciliations, you will have the ability to identify problems.
