Residential Sales Negotiator

Stamford

Our client is a leading independent Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyors covering the counties of Lincolnshire, Rutland, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

Due to a retirement, they require a full time proactive residential sales negotiator to continue and expand their ongoing success in the residential market. Working alongside the Residential Partner, the role would suit an experienced sales negotiator looking to take their career to the next level and become an integral part of a small and successful team.

The Role requires:

  • Building a positive relationship with both vendors and buyers through effective communication.
  • Generating, arranging and attending property viewings.
  • Generating valuations and opportunities from client base, general enquiries and from marketing activities.
  • Able to negotiate offers and progress sales to completion.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven track record.
  • Professional and organised.
  • Confident and able to work on own initiative and also within a small team.
  • Strong local knowledge of local property market.
  • Ability to know client’s requirements and overcome objections.
  • Experience and knowledge of selling New Homes.

 

The successful applicant will need to have a full driving licence.

Salary is dependent upon experience.
