Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Internal Sales Executive (construction experience would be advantageous!!) You will enjoy working to targets and KPIs and be hungry to prove yourself within an internal sales role. There are future promotional prospects within this organisation and you will be given full product training!!

Your role will be to assist the sales team to become even more successful than they already are and aid the growth of the business by answering inbound calls, taking orders, up selling, contacting dormant clients and gaining new ones!! A fabulous role for a true sales professional!! .

Main purpose of job

To answer incoming calls with the view to getting a sale, taking orders and up selling of products

To forensically follow up any lead, no matter how big or small.

Research the dormant customer list and make contact with the aim to get them back on board.
To answer inbound calls and to answer customer technical queries.
Ensure that you have the clients up to date details, update CRM system and ensure that all notes regarding client contact are maintained and up to date.
To win back lost business and build good business relationships.
Occasionally attend relevant conferences and exhibitions.
Assist with the on-line chat platform to assist clients and take orders
You will be required to have at least 2 years internal sales experience, a good standard of education and a passion for sales to be considered for this role. Hours of work are 7.30am - 5pm with one hour for lunch, free parking, commission which is uncapped, acheivable targets, free food and a fun, varied team to work with
