Currently working with a firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Fareham
Purpose of the role is to offer administrative support to the Directors and Advisers.
You will have the primary responsibility for supporting the new client sales progress and will have principal responsibility for Intelligent Office and in particular to develop the system to provide the maximum benefit for the firm.
Idea of duties:
- New business processing - check all documents, input to system, complete applications
- Client servicing / Monthly client reviews - input client proposition on IO, diaries appropriately, prepare reports for client meetings
- IO fees - raised and sent, log and action all buy/ sell/ fund switches
- Ad hoc admin duties including - emails, IO queries, telephone calls, development and training
About you:
- Experienced Financial Services Administrator
- Keen eye for detail, strong communication, telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast paced, busy office environment
- Excellent customer service
Must have knowledge of Intelligent Office.
Salary from GBP23,000 + benefits
