Compliance Engineer (Construction and Engineering)

We are looking for a Compliance Engineer, with excellent diagnostic skills (investigative, problem identification and solution), to join a global organisation.

Based from home, this position will provide an interesting and satisfying opportunity to work with a range of developers on some of the UK's most prestigious projects, providing them with a quality testing service, as per the requirements of Part E, F and L of the Building Regulations.

As the Compliance Engineer you will:

* Conduct sound insulation testing

* Conduct airtightness tests

* Conduct ventilation performance tests

* Conduct related consultancy services as required

* Liaise with site management

* Conduct fault detection

* Conduct results analysis and produce findings

* Prepare all necessary reports and present findings to clients

To be considered for this Compliance Engineer role you will need to possess:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Excellent diagnostic skills (investigative, problem identification and solution)

* Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

* High commercial awareness

* Clear and confident communication skills

* Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving

* IT literacy and good numeracy skills

* Sound Insulation Testing experience for compliance with part E will be advantageous

* Previous experience within construction

* Full, clean driving licence

* CSCS cardholder

This role is home-based and so candidates could be located within the Bridgewater to Bristol Area, with good road links to the M5.
