With outstanding customer service and extensive technical knowledge, our client are suppliers of flat roofing accessories. They are now looking for an Internal Sales person to support new business development activities.

As an Internal Sales person, you will be tasked with creating new business opportunities for our client’s roofing accessories. 

Working primarily via telephone, you will create sales of roofing supplies and follow-up each opportunity in order to close the sale. You will quickly and accurately input orders and maintain an awareness of sales turnover and margins. 

As part of your role, you will be required to work one Saturday morning in three from 8am – 12pm. 

Your role will also include: 

- Ensuring customers’ special requirements are understood and adhered to 
- Checking order confirmations 
- Maintaining an awareness of customers’ credit limits and account status 
- Preparing quotes professionally 
- Supporting all customers regardless of the sales area 
- Providing cover for the trade counter as required
