Digital PR Executive
Do you want to work in a modern PR role with a focus on Digital PR?
This is an opportunity to join a successful full service web agency based in Hammersmith with an impressive array of clients and a 20 year track record of promoting clients' websites. They use PR as a method for promoting websites.
They specialise in placing online PR coverage and have an array of travel, beauty and ecommerce clients. They are based in Hammersmith, London.
They are looking for two PR executives - maybe someone from a traditional PR background who has an interest in moving into digital.
Or you have some experience of consumer PR, possibly after an entry level role or some internships.
You will be working in a small Online/Digital PR team with objective of building high quality online coverage and links for their clients.
They are looking for someone with a track record of generating creative PR ideas, writing and creating engaging content and developing relationships with journalists and media contacts.
You will be working with a number of brands in a varied mix of sectors including travel, e-commerce and beauty.
The role:
- Taking ownership of managing a portfolio of 4-8 clients
- Participate in idea generation and developing Digital PR strategies for clients
- Outreaching ideas to online media and publications
- Securing high quality content placements on top publishers sites and blogs
- Create yourself or curate content production where appropriate
- Maintain expertise on outreach, digital PR and best practice industry trends
- Create yourself or engage freelancers for content production where appropriate
- Maintain expertise on outreach, digital PR and best practice industry trends
- Monthly internal reporting
About you
- A minimum of 6 months PR experience where you were engaged in idea generation and outreach or pitching ideas to the press.
- Outgoing personality and confidence in communicating to others
- Creative with a insight into content ideas which engage journalists
- Naturally highly organised with an outgoing personality
- A desire to learn about and work in online/digital PR and an interest in SEO
- A desire to help grow a small team and shape this into a much larger organisation
