GBP35,000 OTE + allowance
A superb opportunity for two exceptionally talented Business Development Managers to join our successful and long established recruitment agency. The roles will suit ambitious, motivated, creative and hard-working people keen to accelerate their career in sales. The successful individuals will have a proven track record of sales achievements and customer relationship experience.
Hexagon Recruitment is a long established and well recognised recruitment services brand based in the North West with extensive experience in the supply of staffing solutions across a wide range of industry and commerce.
Business Development Manager Role requirements:
- New business development.
- Building strong commercial and long term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Understanding client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to be able to offer best business solutions.
- To identify new opportunities for product development within designated market sectors.
- To understand develop and sell added value propositions and proposals
- To achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
- To submit weekly and monthly performance related reports.
- To operate at management level, duties ranging from work planning,staff control including setting of tasks and targets.
- To undertake additional duties as required.
Experience desired:
A proven track record of:
- Sales and business development
- Telesales/Outbound Sales/B2B sales
- Recruitment industry experience or from an equivalent or relevant service supply sector
- Involvement/experience within industry and commerce
- A target driven role
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- Preparation and delivery of sales propositions and presentations
Training & Support:
Product training will be provided on business development within the recruitment industry to assist with transition into the recruitment sector.
