Employee Relations Advisor

ER Advisor - 6 month FTC

Our client, based in Northampton, is looking to appoint an ER Advisor on an initial 6 month contract to deliver a professional employee relations advice service to line managers and the wider HR team in relation to all ER processes and casework. The ideal candidate will have strong UK employment law knowledge and have excellent stakeholder management skills to work in partnership with line managers whilst coaching and advising managers in relation to ER best practice. This is a fast paced, changing business and the ideal candidate will have an empathetic and adaptable style.

Commercially astute, with a passion for delivering high standards and a strong commitment to customer service, you will be able to demonstrate success in managing the operational delivery of employee relations. Stakeholder management, working with managers and inspiring your HR colleagues are all crucial too. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
