Hours: 36.25 per week

We provide a wide and diverse range of care, support and community services to people of all ages from 16+ and old, including those with mental health needs, learning disabilities; or who are homeless; in a variety of service models from supported housing, extra care, and floating support to assistive technology and domiciliary care.

The Role

Reporting to the Director of Care and Support, you will be responsible for the operational performance of a variety of services across either Lincolnshire or Warwickshire. You will foster excellent, collaborative relationships with commissioners and internal teams, support technological change; and lead and manage the service managers in your geographical area to maintain regulatory compliance, uphold best practice and achieve high quality outcomes.  You will also identify and pursue business development opportunities and innovative ways of working, contribute towards our strategic development and manage change.
