HVAC Engineer
Scotland
GBP30,000 - GBP36,000 basic salary plus great benefits package
The Role
My client are a leading provider of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Electrical services throughout the United Kingdom. Through the supply of mechanical design, installation, planned & reactive maintenance and asset lifecycle management they are able to offer complete peace of mind for single and multiple property estates.
They have proven themselves to be different from many others in that they are maintenance driven and strive to develop long term relationships with their clients. The result of this has been a unique obsession with client care which has cemented there position as maintenance partner of choice for a number of the UK's leading brands.
Due to growth they now require a mobile Commercial Gas/HVAC Service Engineer to carry out planned & reactive maintenance works to a range of commercial and retail sites across the central belt of Scotland and occasionally further afield.
The successful candidate will come from a commercial gas background with experience of maintaining a range of heating systems, warm air/cabinet heaters and radiant tube heaters. Ideally you will also have F-Gas, domestic gas, LPG and OFTEC oil certs but this isn't essential as a training and development programme can be implemented for the right candidate.
The company provides ongoing training to all staff with the potential of learning other mechanical disciplines such as Air Conditioning, OFTEC, LPG
Engineers will also need to be scheduled into a 24hr on call rota (an average 1 week out of 6).
They also provide the following:
* Fully expensed company van
* Mobile phone/PDA
* Annual Bonus Scheme
* Overtime opportunities
