Hours | 37 hours per week

The Role:

You will be part of the Customer Service team who are the first point of contact with our customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction in line with our service strategy, by adhering to organisational processes through team work. 


Experience in a fast-paced customer service role along with strong office administration skills are key to being successful in this post. You should have excellent communication skills with a calm, confident manner and the ability to negotiate outcomes and solve problems.
