The hours of work are based on a shift basis - Working 4 days on and 4 days off, from 7am until 7pm each shift.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the Logistics Administration within the DC and ensure appropriate staff coverage per shift
  • Organise and direct the work of the Administration team members
  • Make sure that outbound vehicles are booked into the depot
  • Ensure all deliveries are prepared and completed in time for collection
  • Ensure all relevant documents are provided to the dispatch teams prior to shipment
  • Create, produce and order customer specific labels for the dispatch team
  • Ensure transport is arranged for all deliveries and transfers
  • Liaise with our European and domestic 3pl providers
  • Investigate and resolve all queries relating to dispatch
  • Maintain filing system
  • Procure PODs
  • Responsible for controlling and arranging inbound deliveries
  • Responsible for release of work into the DC
  • Monitor performance of team members
  • Perform the duties of a Warehouse Operative where needed
  • Be responsible for Health & Safety compliance for the team. Reporting any breaches of H & S regulations and incidents/accidents
  • Communicate updates of work practices, procedures and methods to team members
  • Support the Shift Manager and other supervisors with additional tasks as required
  • Induction & training of new team members
  • Carry out annual reviews with all members of your team
  • Open and/or close and secure the building as directed
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll information to HR
  • Ensure all relevant information is passed between shifts

Full training will be provided during induction and further training will be given throughout the course of your employment, to assist in progressing your career with us.

  • An experienced Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Work and Excel) user to an intermediate level
