The Company has stores nationwide and is one of the largest independent hi-fi and home cinema retailers on the high street; they also have a first class, online, multi-platform presence.

Job Role:

They are looking for a Sales / Senior Sales Consultant to join the team at their store in Maidstone.

The role will include assisting in the smooth and efficient running of the store, in order to maximize sales and profits, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service and a safe and attractive environment for both customers and staff, ensuring a 'best in class' experience is delivered to all of their customers, all of the time.

Full technical and product training will be given, along with close support from the start to ensure success.

The Candidate:

Ideally the candidate will have several years of retail experience in consumer electronics, however, the company will consider a more general, commercial and customer focused background where appropriate.

They are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a high level of autonomy but at the same time know when to look for advice and support.
