Your Role
As our Sales Team Manager, you will take on a purely management role, overseeing a team of eight-ten Business Development Executives in the delivery of new business for our certification and kitemarking services.
You’ll focus your energy and time on developing your team to be exceptional salespeople, building relationships within BSI to help the business succeed, leading by example and providing solutions that work.
This is the ideal role for an individual who has progressed through the ranks to the point where they are now at management level and are ready to move upwards again.
Your role will include:
- Carrying out 1-2-1s
- Offering coaching and training
- Working alongside two other Sales Team Managers and their teams
- Delivering against a small sales target to aid in role modelling for your team
About You
To be considered as a Sales Team Manager, you will need:
- Telesales experience
- Sales line management experience
- Evidence of performing against sales targets and KPIs
A background within technical sales would be beneficial to your application, but this is by no means essential.
