Recruitment Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading retail company in their search for a Recruitment Advisor. This is a permanent role paying between GBP20k-GBP25k.

The purpose of the role is to provide a full range of recruitment and on boarding activities to colleagues within designated areas.

Key Duties will include but limited to;
??Co-ordinating, administering, managing and the delivery of end to end recruitment.
??Dealing with candidate enquiries and applications.
??Planning and organising all interviews/ assessment centres and to support at interviews.
??Building and sustaining credible relationships with hiring managers as well as participating in meetings
We are looking for;
??Previous working experience in a retail company.
??Experience in dealing with the full end to end life cycle.
??Proven background in recruiting for a fast paced hourly paid environment.
