As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.

As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.

With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.

As a Mechanical and Electrical Operations Manager, you will be expected to provide direction and authentic leadership to a projects, championing a ‘perfect delivery’ service and key performance indications (KPI’s) including; delivering profitability in line with agreed budgets, SH&E management, contract compliance and excellent customer relationships.

It is essential that the post holder has a degree or demonstrated equivalent experience or professional management qualification. The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
