Production Operations Manager 

Working as part of a team of Production Operatives the role is to fulfil all customer orders on a daily basis that involves working safely with machinery to grind, label, weigh and pack coffee orders ready for collection by our couriers. A Production Operative must ensure all customer orders are fulfilled to the highest standard on a daily basis

The role:

• Grinding coffee to order dependent on customer preference
• Use labelling machinery to apply custom labels to every bag of coffee we send out
• Using industrial machines to weigh, bag and seal the coffee
• Pack the coffee according to customer requirements and getting it ready to ship
• Maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness within the Roastery and ensure the best customer experience possible
• Share ideas to support efficiency whilst maintaining the standards
• Be able to work under pressure, clearing all daily orders by the collection deadline
• You will support your line managers with unscheduled activities and seasonal event planning
