Estates Maintenance - Deputy General Manager - South West**
One of Capita's most notable public sector clients based in the South West is looking for an Estates Maintenance Deputy General Manager on a permanent basis. The salary on offer for this role is GBP49kpa to GBP59kpa.
This role will entail the management of a number of planned preventive maintenance, repairs and minor works.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:
* Experience of operational management of large estates
* Stakeholder management experience at a senior level
* Experience maintaining estate statutory compliance
* Experience managing planned preventative maintenance and repairs.
